Terms of Service

By accessing or using null0 ("the Service"), operated by null0 ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

null0 is a personal AI assistant that connects to your work platforms (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, and iMessage) and provides proactive briefings, contextual answers, and draft communications. The Service is available as a macOS desktop application and via optional SMS notifications.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it current.

Program: null0 Proactive Briefings — automated text messages summarizing your own work activity from accounts you have connected to null0.

Express written consent and how to opt in: SMS notifications are off by default. To opt in, you must (1) enter your mobile phone number in the null0 macOS app under Settings → Profile, and (2) toggle "Proactive SMS" ON for a clone in the Clones screen. Before activation, the app displays this disclosure: "By enabling Proactive SMS, you agree to receive automated briefing messages from null0 at the phone number on your account (up to 5 msgs/day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See Privacy Policy at null0.ai/privacy." Both steps are required.

• Message content: Proactive briefings about your own connected accounts (upcoming meetings, unanswered threads, pending commitments, and morning summaries). No marketing content.
• Frequency: Up to 5 messages per day, with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM local time. Morning briefings are sent once daily during your configured morning window. Additional messages are sent only when time-sensitive items require your attention.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications immediately. You can also toggle "Proactive SMS" off inside the null0 app at any time.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at amaardevx@gmail.com.
• No third-party sharing of mobile opt-in data: Phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, and SMS message content are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use Twilio solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
• Recipients: SMS messages are sent only to the registered account owner's verified phone number. We never send SMS to third parties on your behalf.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. You may use null0 without enabling SMS notifications.

null0 offers a 14-day free trial (50 credits). After the trial, the Service is available at $29/month (500 credits, reset on renewal). One credit equals $0.01 USD in AI processing cost.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications to third parties
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by null0. You retain ownership of all content from your connected platforms. We claim no ownership over your data.

null0 connects to third-party platforms via OAuth. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You may disconnect any integration at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all drafts before sending them.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, null0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at amaardevx@gmail.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
